What started out as a tale of an enthusiastic young couple in 1960 working in PNG, is now the continuing story of Jan and I living in beautiful Hobart.God is good and we are grateful!

A couple of scenic spots
During my trip a fortnight ago down 'memory lane', I drove around the beautiful northwest coast and took the following pics:Both these photos are near Gunns Plains where there are some spectacular caves. I could not get over how lush and green everything was.The following morning I got off the beaten track and visited Don Heads, where during the eighteen hundreds there was a small port. Carol's mother gave her a painting of the Don Heads............. which she understood was painted from where the next picture was taken:There appears to be some artistic licence with the painting including what looks like Round Hill near Burnie in the background. Irrespective, both are pretty good to look at.
